When using the Merge function, first create a database in the “Edit Merge Data” window.

• You can either create new merge data or use an existing Excel or CSV file.

Once you have completed the database, create the part (text, barcode, QR code or table) and configure the merge settings for the part.

• When you print the labels, you can check the content by using Next/Back in Print Preview.
